Gunnam Gangaraju-produced Katha will hit the marquee on the 4th of December. It is a parallel film that is made on a shoestring budget. Nevertheless, it comes up with a suspenseful story and plot. Srinivasa Ranga is a debutante who is getting introduced as a director with this romantic thriller.

Genelia D'Souza is doing the character of a school teacher who is extremely fond of kids in the film. Arun is a youngster who is debuting with this movie as male lead. Katha is set in Araku Valley and the film primarily follows like a whodunit. Producers of the film Just Yellow helmed by Gunnam Gangaraju did not divulge any details about the film's plotline.

The posters and stills of the movie have only raised interest in the movie and staunch Just Yellow fans (Aithe, Anukokunda Okaroju) confess that it is going to be equally as interesting, if not more. Gangaraju has penned the dialogue.

It was Ranga's story that inspired Gangaraju to produce the film. In fact, some time back, the reticent producer said that it was the only good story he had heard since the days of Amma Cheppindi.

SK Balachandran is the music director.
