Shruthi Haasan's introduction to the Telugu audience came in the form of a video song for the promotion of her dad's film Eenadu.

Later, the musician-lyricist was again in news when she was signed by Prakash Kovelamudi, the son of K. Raghavendra Rao, for his next fantasy film, starring Siddharth. Latest from her: she will be seen with Charan.

It is well-known that Charan-Bhaskar's film (tentatively titled Orange), is soon going to floors. It is learnt that Shruthi is playing a role in the film. In the schedule that will go on from November 30 to December 15 in Mumbai, footage involving Shruthi will be shot.

According to the sources, she will be seen in flashback. Directed by an able technician like Bhaskar, she mustn't be nervours about the role. As it will be a big-ticket release, Shruthi can expect wonders to work in her life if she gets recognition for her performance. Now though the diva does not know Telugu much, she is audacious to be seen in Tollywood projects. That is what we call passion for cinema.

It is to be seen what kind of role is Shruthi playing in Bhaskar's film. Given the fact that the Anjana Productions film is a class one, we can expect her to play a modern girl.
