'Sinthanai Sei', directed and enacted by newcomer Yuvan was like an eye-opener. Yuvan was impressive in the acting as he brought out the right emotions at the right time. But then people in the industry feel that the film was not able to do well because it lacked publicity. It’s a true fact that a film’s promotion is very important right from its launch. Media even believe that one can expect a good film from Yuvan if he gets into the right association. Sources feel that Yuvan as a young director has to be applauded for his efforts to build a story based on the psychological aspect of one's life.

Yuvan is not worried about anything and is fully focused to do something great. He has now started the work for his next film titled ‘Pachai Thamizhan’. The story is about three Tamilians, who are inhabitants of Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Tamil Nadu, living together in the same house. Do you remember the guy called Nithish who acted as the team captain in ‘Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu’? Infact, he is a Sri Lankan Tamil in real life and will be acting as the Lankan Tamil in ‘Pachai Thamizhan’. Kishore, a Malaysian Tamil will act as the Malaysian guy while, Yuvan will be acting as the Indian Tamil. “As the story required a Marathi girl as the heroine we selected an original Marathi girl called Haisal for the role”, said the young director.

What’s more? This young team pulls in another young talent as the music director. Thaman will be working with Yuvan for the second time now for ‘Pachai Thamizhan’. “Camera is handled by Nasheer who is an associate of cinematographer Thiru. The shooting of the film will happen in Chennai and Malaysia”, adds Yuvan.

Hope ‘Pachai Thamizhan’ gets good promotion and exposure unlike 'Sinthanai Sei'!
