Where is ‘Maro Charitra’?

Going back few decades to the year 1979, the film ‘Maro Charitra’ created a major stir among the audience and it was more like a cult movie.

This was directed by the legendary K Balachander and had the iconic Kamal Haasan pairing up with Saritha. Now, the man with the golden hand Dil Raju had announced that he would be making the modern version of the film and he has roped in the lean and lanky Varun Sandesh for the lead role.

However, it has been a while since the project has been announced but not much has been happening. Given Raju’s perfection and professionalism, there must be some real good reason why no noise is being made. Meanwhile, Varun is busy with the wrapping up of his ‘Evarayina Eppudayina’.
