Postponement of ‘Tasveer 8x10’ averted

Putting all stories of cheque bouncing to dust Percept Pictures makes amendment.

On 26-Mar-2009 a cheque for Rs. 6.67 Crores given to T-SERIES by Percept Picture had bounced. And now, Percept has made good its default and has issued a demand draft for the said amount and T-SERIES has received the due money.

T-SERIES has now issued letter of clarification to the laboratory and withdrawn its letter written to them earlier asking them to stop delivery of the prints of the film to Percept.

However Music Rights and Home Video rights of 8x10 Tasveer shall remain with T-Series.
