Starring Nagarjuna, Trisha in the cast, Sreenu Vaitla directed ‘King’, produced by Siva Prasad Reddy on Kamakshi Kalaa Movies banner.

A press meet was organized on 2nd Dec, today at the Annapurna Studios. Director Sreenu Vaitla said, “The character of Jayasurya enacted by comedy actor Brahmanandam was propagated falsely that it resembles music director Chakri. Some media reuters have spread the news which made me feel bad. I felt worse when I came to Chakri was hurt hearing such gossips.”

‘We are good friends and I personally know Chakri as a nice person. The music director role played by Brahmanandam was not designed to hurt any one or aping someone. I am shortly going to work with Chakri for my movie and we don’t have any estrangement. The humor part was only to evoke laughter among the audience and not to resemble someone.’

Sreenu Vaitla, producer D Siva Prasad Reddy and his son Viswa Chandan were present for the meet.
