Back after a brief interval is actor-director R Parthiban. A former protege of K Bhagiyaraj, who always used to try out something different in his every attempt, is getting ready to direct and enact a film titled Vithagan.

However, he is yet to finalize a heroine for the movie. It is being said that he wants a fresh face with nativity and hence a search is going on for months now. Throwing light on the delay in completion of Selvaraghavan's 'Aayirathil Oruvan', in which he plays a pivotal role, Parthiban, says, 'it is a reasonable delay. The movie will answer your question.'

Latest trivia is Parthiban is said to be playing the villain in Selva's movie for which he poses a macho look with abundant strands of hair.
