Along with the 'King' audio release, the introduction of Nag-III was done at a huge event, on 23rd Nov, which is well acquainted news. Nagchaithanya appeared on stage in a spectacular style after Nageswara Rao invited him by calling out his name.

He first waved to the big gathering of Akkineni fans and started addressing them emotionally.

‘I have been waiting for this day since 2 years back when I told dad that I want to take up acting in films. He was very happy to hear it and asked me to be on hold till the right time.’

Today I realize how much he cares for my dream. Because, today when I am debuting as a hero, I should make both my grand fathers proud, along with making my father, my uncle Venky and all of you proud. Starting with my grand-father till my father and others, you have supported all of our family members in the cinema. I am aware of it and wish the same support from the fans, the media and every other.

Although, I have celebrated many a birthday earlier, this is the most memorable one. This is my first birthday after I am born as an artist.

Akkineni Nageswara Rao, patted his grandson and said, “He is connected to the clan by two families. He is not only my grandson but also Ramanaidu’s who is an wonderful filmmakers. His elder maternal-uncle is Sureshbabu of Suresh productions; his younger maternal-uncle is hero Venkatesh. He is a representative of these two families that already acquired a big name in Tollywood. So, with great support comes great responsibility and I believe that he will live up to it.”
