Asin is one actress who has been mighty successful ever since she made her entry into tinsel town. Having proved to be a screen sizzler in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu films, the actress is currently making it big in Hindi as well. Asin plays heroine in the Aamir Khan starrer 'Ghajini' that is slated for release on Christmas Day. The Kerala born actress will also play Salman Khan's heroine in the film 'London Dreams'.

Now that Asin is in the process of rooting herself in Mumbai, she is facing a realistic problem. Almost all her staff including her manager (her dad) are Malayalees and do not speak much Hindi. This reportedly is hindering some of her opportunities at bagging plum roles.

Reports suggest that Asin is seriously contemplating to change her staff in such a way that they are proficient in Hindi. With this move, is she going to change her manager too? Well, we'll have to wait and see if that happens.
