Popular actress Sneha has been chosen for the prestigious Nandi award from the Government of Andhra Pradesh for her critically applauded first-rate performance in 'Radha Gopalam', a Telugu film of 2005. The film which had Srikanth and Sneha in lead roles was directed by Bapu with the musical excellence of Mani Sharma.

The award would be presented to Sneha at a grand function which is slated to be held in Hyderabad on the 28th of November.

An elated Sneha thanked the producer and director of the film wholeheartedly. "It is a coveted honor. It is an encouragement and motivation for me to get more acclaim in the future" said the actress.

Her forthcoming release 'Silambattam' alongside Simbhu features her in a prominent role. She hopes that her performance in the movie would fetch her several awards.
