Priyadarshan, who is busy shooting with Shah Rukh Khan in Pollachi for 'Billoo Barber' (a remake of 'Kuselan'), has left for Singapore recently, where he has reportedly bought a new house.

According to reports, both his children will study there from this year on, and the house is for their convenience.

When asked, the film maker said, 'a housewarming ceremony will surely happen. Some of our close friends and relatives will be part of the occasion.'
