It seems that after Bollywood stars taste to associate themselves with cricket, it’s time to start the connections in Tollywood too.

And they are doing it in an altogether different style.

‘Homam’ the latest Telugu film from the actor turned director J D Chakravathy will have its audio release function during the break of the ICL (Indian Cricket League) final match at the L B Stadium, Hyderabad on April 6, 2008.

Hero Jagapathi Babu, Heroine Mamta Mohandas, J.D. Chekravarthy, Sakshi Sivanand along with the cricket players will be present for the fuction at 7 p.m.

According to Producer Kiran Kumar, ‘Homam’ is the first film in India to conduct an audio release in this different way.

The former glamour girl Sakshi Sivanand makes a comeback to films with an item number which is being finshed up in Hyderabad.

Aditya music is releasing the music for this film.

This different way of releasing the music is surely going to create mileage in terms of publicity for the film.

And that’s exactly what the makers also might be hoping for.
