Rajasekhar, Jeevita express angst on telly

Media has been a huge supporter of the Rajasekhar-Jeevita couple, as they recounted the incidents that took place starting in Bheemavaram and in Hyderabad today.

Both Rajasekhar and Jeevita had repeatedly expressed their unhappiness over being attacked for being honest about their views on Chiranjeevi’s political entry.

Rajasekhar pointed out that he had every right as the citizen of India to say what he wanted about any politician or aspiring politician and clarified time and again that he had not made any personal comments against the megastar.

He also pointed out that what he said was purely in the context of his choosing a political party in future, as Rajasekhar himself wants to enter politics some day.

Rajasekhar who had gone to the Oorulamma temple in Bheemavaram along with his family told at a press conference that he would not join Chiranjeevi’s party, if he ever set up one, as he was a political novice.

Unfortunately for him, the megastar’s fans took this personally and started chasing him from station to station en route to Hyderabad.

In Hyderabad too, an angry mob attacked Rajasekhar’s car, hurting him and one of his daughters mildly in the process. Rajasekhar quickly rushed his family to the Apollo Hospital and from there directly went to the studios of a popular Telugu channel, accompanied by his wife.

Here they went live and took in responses from various sections of the audience who called in to either support or criticize Rajasekhar, till they returned to their residence where the megastar was waiting to meet them.
