Pulan Visaranai Part II is all set to make the audience spell bound. It is a sequel to R K Selvamani's blockbuster 'Pulan Viasaranai' which featured Vijayakanth in the lead role.

Selvamani is now gearing up for the sequel of the sensational hit, but he could not get to cast Vijaykanth again, as the star was busy with his political commitments. Hence the director has opted for Prashanth, who is on his comeback trail.

Karthika, Ashwini and Adeem Khan are introduced in this film, while a newcomer from Mumbai is being introduced to play the villain.
The movie is about an honest assistant police commissioner who is on the prowl of dreaded gangsters.

It is also a comeback for the producer A.S. Ibrahim Rowther, who produced the first part.

The sources say that the film is all set to hit the screens soon.

Prashanth announced this news in the press meet conducted by him on the eve of New Year. It is worth recalling that the actor has the habit of meeting the press with the announcement of his new project on each New Year day.
