Nagarjuna, who happens to be a partner in Maa TV and is the MD of Annapurna Studios has announced the launch of his maiden television venture Yuva.

He got some of the leading technicians from the industry like Mickey J Mayor and Anant Sriram to work on the serial. A young director Chuniya (Sabiha), who was an assistant director to K Raghavendra Rao during Sri Ramadasu is directing the serial.

He said that the success of Happy Days made him more confident that the Andhra audience would enjoy a fun subject that was not like the usual heavy drama serials.

The serial would be aired on the weekends from 8.30 pm and said that in future he would want to enter into the production of television software and that the serial was just the beginning.

A formal lawn party was organized at the gardens of Taj Krishna for the occasion.
