News were in the circulation that Dileep's new film Romeo may become the first film to launch Trisha into Malayalam. But the latest reports confirm that Trisha had to reject Dileep's 'Romeo' due to her former commitments in Tamil and Telugu films.

'I am a great fan of Dileep but my call sheet will not be available till 2008 as I had already given dates till then. I had been rejecting bigger offers from Tamil and Telugu for this reason', says Trisha on the last chance.

And now the crew is on the look for a fresher face to be in the film. The film had a bunch of heroines including Vimala Raman and Samvritha Sunil. The crew is planning to complete the film in a single schedule. Scripted by Rafi Mecartin and directed by Rajasenan, the film will be an out and out comedy.

'Romeo' will be the Christmas release of Dileep according to present schedules.
