Directed by Sreenu Vaitla and produced by Mallidi Satyanarayana Reddy on the banner of Sri Siri Venkateswara Films, 'Dhee' with a tagline 'Kotti Choodu', with young hero Vishnuvardhan and Genelia in the lead was released on April 13, 2007 and successfully completed 150 days.

There were several plus points that made the film a big hit which included, Real Star, Dr Srihari playing a key role, comedy by Sunil and Brahmanandam, besides the perfect comedy timing by the hero Vishnu, Manisharma's music, besides Sreenu Vaitla's directorial abilities.

The producer is making efforts to celebrate the 150 days function on a grand scale at Telugu Lalitha Kala Thoranam in Hyderabad on September 8 amidst the fans of Mohanbabu and Vishnuvardhanbabu.

In fact, this is the first-ever hit for the young hero Vishnuvardhan. It may be recalled here that a film with Vishnu as hero, Nagarjuna in an important role was launched recently on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures, with Mohanbabu as producer under the direction of P Vasu of Chandramukhi'-fame.
