Ajith starrer Billa is nearing completion very fast. Featuring a host of artistes including Ajith, Nayantara, Namitha, Prabhu, Rahman among others, the movie is directed by Vishnuvardhan and produced by Ananda Suresh.

The fact that the movie is a remake of Rajnikanth's yesteryear blockbuster Billa has created a lot of expectations among the Ajith and Rajni fans.

Shot extensively in Malaysia, the movie features Ajith in the role of an underworld don Billa and Prabhu as a honest CBI officer giving him a chase.

‘The encounter scenes between Ajith and Prabhu has been shot in a gripping manner by cinematographer Nirav Shah and is sure to bring the audience to their seat edge’, says sources close to the Billa unit. Also Rahman plays another CBI officer.

“Billa will be sleek and stylish”, says Vishnuvardhan.
