Cinematographer Kannan had been part and parcel of Bharathiraja's movies for three decades. The talented cinematographer had worked with Bharathiraja for almost all his movies.

Having worked with the ace director in almost all the successful movies including Alaigal Oyvathillai, Kadhal Oviyam, Mudhal Mariyadhai till Kangalal Kaidu Sei, Kannan says that he always share a special rapport with Bharathiraja.

In an exclusive interview to IndiaGlitz, Kannan opens his heart-out on working for Baommallattam.

He says, “I have used all kind of latest techniques in Bommalattam. The movie has captured very fresh and is sure to appeal people”.

Kannan has a word of advice for cinematographer-turned –directors. He urged them to concentrate more on scripts before commencing their directorial ventures.

Asked about several young cinematographers in the industry, he says, “I am ready to face any stiff challenge. I can match up to their standards. The answer lies in Bommalattam. Look at my work in Bommalattam and answer”.
