The Telugu Association of North America (TANA) is celebrating its anniversary on July 5 and is arranging a big function on the occasion. It is a regular phenomenon for the TANA to invite several prominent film personalities and political leaders as guests of honour during the anniversary celebrations.

In this backdrop, several top film and political personalities received invitations for the function this year. Nandamuri Balakrishna, Maheshbabu, Ileana, Raviteja and others also got invitation for the function.

Balakrishna, Raviteja and Ileana had already reached the US for the function. But Maheshbabu could not attend the meeting due to some unavoidable circumstances.

Among the political leaders, former Chief Minister and Telugu Desam president Chandrababu Naidu also reached the US and is interacting with the Telugus there.

The speciality of this year's celebrations is that former US President Bill Clinton is attending the anniversary as the chief guest.
