It is well aware that 'Lakshmi' directed by VV Vinayak and produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Productions with Victory Venkatesh as hero was a big hit.

After this film, the producer is busy in making another film 'Lakshyam' on the same banner with Gopichand and Anushka in the lead, introducing Srivasu as director.

The shooting of the film was held in Hyderabad till recently. Presently the film is shooting in Rajahmundry and its surrounding areas.

The producer says, 'We are presenting Gopichand in a different angle in this film and it is a never before role for him in his career so far. The film would have all kinds of elements besides love in its backdrop. We are sure that the film would give a hattrick hit for our banner. Almost 90 per cent of the film shooting was complete. The film had music scored by Manisharma and we will soon launch the audio.'
