Mamta Mohandas will appear in the female lead in the Mammootty's ongoing venture Big B.
Mamta is appearing for the second time with Mammootty in a film, the earlier being Bus conductor - the Christmas release of 2005. Earlier, Padmapriya was fixed for this role in Big B.
Manasa, the daughter of erstwhile actress Kanakadurga will be the second heroine in the film. The actress, who appeared in many advertisements earlier, has made her debut in Soothradharan, which also was the launch pad of the super actress of South - Meera Jasmine.
