The NTR-Ileana-Charmme starrer 'Rakhee' directed by Krishnavamsi, presented by S Gopal Reddy and produced by Dr KL Narayana on the banner of Durga Arts was released recently.

The film has brother-sister sentiment in the backdrop. The film was released with over 250 prints and earned a hit-talk all over the State where it was released.

After watching the film, popular director B Gopal, who had earlier directed NTR for 'Allari Ramudu' and 'Narasimhudu', says, 'This film reminds NTR-Savitri starrer 'Rakta Sambandham'. NTR's performance is worth watching in this film. Especially, the way he responds to the injustice done to his sister and the way he revolts against the society that no other sister to face a similar suffering is fantastic. He reminded his grandfather with his powerful performance. After a long gap, NTR showed an impeccable performance and bagged the hit.'
