The much awaited Ram Gopal Verma creation ‘Shiva’ has been postponed yet again. A few days ago, huge hoardings had been erected in the city claiming that Ramu’s take against the system will be released on 25th August. But today when this correspondent spoke to a high placed source within RGV Factory, it was disclosed that due to some reasons, ‘Shiva’ has now been pushed to 15th September.

There have been a lot of speculation in the market stating that Ramu has gone bust and that he doesn’t have any money to spend any more. Verma has dismissed such rumours stating that he is making films in collaboration with Adlabs, and saying that RGV Factory has gone bankrupt means that Adlabs have gone bust, which isn’t possible.

While the rumour mongers are busy spreading fire in rainy season, ‘Satya’ director is extremely excited about his adaptation of his favourite film ‘Sholay’. The star cast that has been finalized so far is Mohit Ahlawat (Jai), Ajay Devgan (Veeru), Thakur (Mohanlal), Radha (Katrina Kaif). Only Basanti, immortalized by Hema Malini is yet to be finalized. Urmila Matondkar, thankfully breaking from her serious image shall be gyrating to the tune of ‘Mahboob’ that was given fire by Helen in the original.
