Powerhouse actress Kajol celebrates her birthday today. The star of this year’s super hit movie ‘Fanaa’ has had an outstanding film career so far with run away bumper hits like ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Karan Arjun’, ‘Baazigar’, Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya’, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Gupt, ‘Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha’ and ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’. After marrying actor Ajay Devgan, Kajol has totally accepted the family ways as something more special (As compared to films).

Daughter Nysa is the apple of her eye and she made sure that director Kunal Kohli worked out the entire schedule of ‘Fanaa’ in such a manner that the actress didn’t have to stay away from her little one.

Karan Johar considers good friend Kajol to be his lucky mascot. It’s for the same reason that he makes sure that if he is unable to get her do the main lead (She couldn’t do Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna as she didn’t want to stay in USA for an extended period of time) at least she is there in a passing shot. You saw her dancing away to glory for a brief moment in ‘Mahi Ve’ (Kal Ho Na Ho) and now you’d see her in a brief appearance in a song in KANK.

Everyone swears by her dedication, grit and sincerity towards the people she cares for and dedication towards her work. Another name added to her list of admirers was Aamir Khan who co-starred with him in ‘Fanaa’.

The chemistry between the two superstars was magical and it burned up the screen. Aamir and Kajol had different point of views before they started working together. But today they have an incredible mutual admiration society and Kajol stood by Aamir in the recent Narmada Dam controversy when the film fraternity didn’t support Khan openly.
