Just a few months ago, Gopika was on a sticky wicket. She neither had any good offers in Tamil nor Malayalam. She has managed to stage a comeback thanks to a good outing in Chandupottu opposite Dileep.
She now has over half-a-dozen offers including Tamil and is busy acting with the likes of Mammootty and Suresh Gopi.
Some of the prominent films of Gopika include Mohanlal's Keerthi Chakra, which will hit the screens soon, Suresh Gopi's Janmam and a Tamil movie titled Emttan Magan.
Gopika is happy for she has been assigned to act opposite Mammootty for his Pothen Vava.
Joshi, who incidentally is also wielding the megaphone for Janmam, directs the movie.
Gopika, thanking her stars, says, 'It is a busy schedule. But I am doing a variety of characters which keeps me motivating me and encourages me to go ahead and give my best'.
