The D-Day is nearing close for Junior NTR.

His Ashok is all set to hit the screens with a bang.

Ashok is set to be release on 13 July, and there is a wave of expectation riding on the movie.

For it is very intrinsic to the way Junior NTR's career is headed. It is nearly a year since Junior NTR's last release Narasimhudu made it to the theaters.

Unfortunately the film bit the dust and some unsavory incidents (involving the producer of the movie) ensued. That period was almost cataclysmic for Junior NTR.

But the young star bid his time and went to concentrate on Ashok.

Directed by Surendra Reddy, who gave a hit for Kalyan Ram with Atanokkade, Ashok is said to be an emotional as well as action adventure.

Ashok's music is already a hit. All the songs tuned in by Mani Sharma have gone down well with the public.

The film released with over 220 prints in over 230 centers ---- one of the biggest releases in recent times.
