The maker of the film Bhupender Gupta said that the Mahurat of the film was done by Sunil Dutt Saheb. The movie UNNS is dedicated to Late Sunil Dutt Ji, as for the first time in the film industry the first shot was done and directed by Sunil Dutt on 24the Mar'05.

Speaking about the music, the director of the film said that the music is supported by equally aesthetic theme based by background score, medium to highly charged emotions balanced with light moments form the highlight of this unforgettable 2 hours 25 minutes socially sentient family drama. The glazing star cast of UNNS who were present in the event were Sanjay Kapoor, Rituparna Sengupta, Sudhanshu Pandey, Sujeet Shetty the Music Director, Lyrics writer Shaahen Iqbal and Producer and Director Bhupendra Gupta also the politicians who were associated with the venture of the music launch were Mukul Vashnik (General Secretary of All India Council), Pawan Kumar Bansal (Ministry of State Finance), Sanjay Dutt, Baba Siddiqui (Urban Development Minister of Maharashtra Government), Dhyanu Dass (Das Music).
