Asthram, when translated into English means weapon.

There is a new movie coming up with the name Asthram. And it certainly is the last weapon for its hero Vishnu.

The young hero, son of Mohan Babu, is looking for that elusive hit.

After a couple of no-shows (Vishnu, Suryam), Vishnu is currently doing two different movies.

One is Babloo. The movie directed by Srinu Vytla is a comic caper one. With Genelia as the heroine, Vishnu tis attempting some humour and comedy through that film.

But his other film is the more expected one. Directed by the hugely successful Suresh Krishna, Asthram is an action adventure, which will have Vishnu going for the jugular in an angry young man role.

With Anushka as the heroine, Asthram is the last weapon for Vishnu to climb the peak of stardom.

Asthram will be released this April.
