Remember Ankita? The child model turned actress was a hot property in Telugu last season.

The lanky actress, who was not averse to glamour, could however never make it to the top.

If anything, her only claim to fame was an unseemly controversy involving her and actor Navdeep.

Now perhaps as a last fling at stardom, the actress is making a show in a new film named Seetaramudu. Shyam Prasad is directing the film. Yalamanchili Ravi Chand produces this film on Sri Sambasiva Creations banner.

The movie Seetaramudu is incidentally an action flick. It also stars Sivaji as the hero. Ankita by being a heroine in a hero-centric action movie is also taking a chance.
