Well, coming to the issue at hand, Genelia is happy that her new release with Allu Arjun has opened promisingly.

Happy, which was released two days ago, carries all the initial promise. The word of mouth appreciation has been plenty. Even the critics seem satisfied.

The simple love story, told with fun and mirth, has appealed to the youth crowd too.

The film, a seeming take off from the Tamil Azhagiya Theeye (produced by Prakash Raj), has got the right packaging.

Getting back to Genelia, the young thing was in a spot of bother or two. After successive failures (her choice of movies was ill-conceived), Genelia needed a film that would count at the box office. For, the competition was getting pretty hot and high.

In that sense, the potential success of Happy is good news for her. I am relieved, is all that she would say.

It is something that her fans too would reciprocate.
