Suresh Gopi is thrilled at being part of the record-breaking movie Albutham, which was shot in less than three hours by director Jayaraj.

Suresh Gopi, who won the national award for his performance in Kaliyattam directed by Jayaraj, a few years ago, says, it was the challenging role that attracted me. The character definitely needed a performer.

He is bedridden and undergoing terrible pain, both physically and emotionally. He is about to die. As you know, the film is about euthanasia, and he will breathe his last whenever the doctors act. The emotions will attract any actor.

On getting it right in less than three hours, Gopi says, 'We did a series of rehearsals. Once we went to floors, it was action straight away'

However things doesn't go smoothly for Suresh Gopi at the box-office. After a stupendous comeback in Bharathchandran IPS, it seems his Christmas release 'The Tiger' is reportedly doing just an average show.
