Suriya has already moved on to his next project.

His Jillendru Oru Kadhal went to floors on Sunday at AVM Studios.

It is almost his home production as the producer Gnanavel is a close reative of his.

The film is directed by debutant Krishna.

The movie stars Suriya, Jyothika and Bhoomika Chawla. Initially Asin was supposed to be part of the movie. However she has been replaced by Bhoomika.

The movie has musical score by Rehman.

Various section of the press carried reports that the muhurat would be celebrated on board a flight.

However the producers denied the same and chose to have a low-key affair on Sunday.
