Bollywood has its own strange ways of throwing surprises. Last week this happened with Deewane Hue Pagal that was expected to rake in tremendous collections from the first week but ended up below expectations.

This week there were three movies that released - Home Delivery, Mr Ya Miss and Apaharan. While Home Delivery was thought to be a safe multiplex movie due to Sujoy Ghosh's record with 'Jhankaar Beats', the highest expectations were from 'Mr Ya Miss' due to some innovative promotional strategy that seemed to have struck the chord with the viewers. 'Apaharan' was thought to be too grim and serious a movie to make a name for itself across country and was thought to be a movie for either cow belt or niche audience.

But Friday had its own tale to tell with Apaharan garnering the best response and word of mouth amongst the viewers across the country while 'Mr Ya Miss' and 'Home Delivery' being rejected after the first day itself. While for Mr Ya Miss, Antara Mali's poor acting is being given the main reason for its failure; in case of 'Home Delivery' it has been an even bigger shock as the plot and screenplay were not understood by many.

Seems Prakash Jha is on the way for yet another topical success after 'Gangajal'!
