A series of flops meant actor Jai Akash taking a temporary break from Kollywood. Now he is back to face the camera playing an action role in Vettai.

‘Though my movie Guru Deva, Amudhae, Sevvel and Ramakrishna had a very poor run, I gave my maximum effort for the movies. I hope that my day will come soon to hit the top in Kollywood,’ he says with hope in his eyes.

Besides, he has got his next Telugu movie Nayudu LLB ready for release.

Akash said he had a ball playing a playboy in Nayudu LLB. 'These are the better moments of my career, finding the vistas to experiment. With the audience accepting me in any garb it's time for the variations. What better way to drive out the monotony?'

Akash is hopeful to set things back on track and establish a career for myself in Kollywood and Tollywood.
