Vikram is one actor who is always at home wherever he is. He has such a relaxed persona that he makes himself at ease in spite of the location.

The man, who has become such big star in South these days especially after Aparichitudu, was in the city yesterday for the audio launch of his new film Majaa.

This dubbed film from Tamil (of the same name) will release for Diwali.

Vikram is paired with Asin, and Shafi McCartin, who directed the Malayalam original Thommanum Makkalum, directs the film.

In Telugu, KVG Rambabu on KVR Movies produces it and Rockline Venkatesh presents it.

The audio release was a star-studded and a full-throated affair. At hand were the likes of Vikram, Asin, Allu Aravind, Rockline Venkatesh, Raja Vannam Reddy and others.

There were the usual greetings like how the film must do well and general bonhomie.

Vikram promised clean entertainment for the entire family. Vikram also thanked heroes like Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh who, he said, called him up and congratulated on his good work in Aparichitudu.

MAA TV chairman Muralikrishnam Raju released the first cassette while Raja Vannam Reddy received the same while Allu Aravind released the first CD and Vikram received it.

All in all, it was an occasion to remember.
