Vennela is expected to be a candy floss romance film. Its theme, broadly, is east meets west.

Such films normally have very good soft melodies. So there is a natural expectation for the audio of the film.

The news is that the film’s shoot is complete and that audio would be released in the last week of this month.

With Raja, Sarvan and and Paravati Milton in the leads, the film mixes love and friendship and cocktails an acceptable story. Deva Katta, a new director, is hopeful that he will make the Telugu audience sit up and take notice.

He is sure that films, talking of cross-cultural confusions and impact, will do well. The audiences are becoming more evolved, he feels.

The film’s music, by Mahesh Shankar, has evoked lot of expectations. There are said to be eight songs in the film.

The movie will be released in November.
