Actor Srikanth and Meera Jasmine came together for Jhoot.

Unfortunately the action flick failed to click. Now after almost a year, the couple would come together for a movie titled Mercury Pookal to be directed by S S Stanley.

Mercury Pookal would be a romantic entertainer, assures Stanley, who had earlier directed Srikanth for April Madhathil.

Shooting for Mercury Pookal would commence in the first week of October in Madurai.

Meanwhile Srikanth's Uyir has gone to the floors. It stars a Malluwood girl Samruddha opposite him.
