Kalyan Ram till Atanokkade happened had every freedom in the world. Now after Atanokkade's brilliant run at the box office, he has to take every step gingerly.

That is the reason why he is taking time to sign up his next film.

Of course he has okayed in principle the film Asthram for his own NTR Arts.

But it seems that film has to wait for some time. Kalyan Ram, it is said, is convinced about the script that another young and new director has come up with.

The new one on the block is named Anil. Kalyan has a soft corner for new talents and Anil is said to be highly skilful. Kalyan's Atanokkade was directed by Surendra, who also proved his ability with some gritty and stylish work.

Kalyan Ram having agreed to Anil's project will do the film for producer Valluripalli Ramesh.
