There are many in the industry who openly wonder what keeps Shreya going.

Her entry into the industry was with a big bang. But suddenly everything that can go wrong has gone wrong for her.

All her recent films have just caved in.

By last count, it is six failures (among others, Arjun, Balu, Subash Chandra Bose, Naa Alludu, Sada Mee Sevalo) on the trot. That is too much for any artiste.

But Shreya is still going strong. She has Chatrapathi opposite Prabhas, Mogudu Pellam O Dongodu opposite Raja and Bagheeratha with Ravi Teja. And she has a few more movies in her kitty.

So what makes her tick?

Some uncharitable sections in the media have suggested that she is well connected. In other words, they have said that she has the blessings of all the right people in the industry.

This is hogwash. Shreya in fact is from Delhi and doesn't fit into film culture here.

Then there is also a section that suggests that she is pretty media savvy and knows how to cultivate journalists.

The truth, as it always happens, is always elsewhere.

Shreya is a thorough professional and gets along fine with every one. She radiates lot of positive energy.

And that is the secret behind her good run.
