Actor Sundeep Kishan, who awaits the release of Run on March 23, tells IndiaGlitz that he has learnt his lessons that failures taught him. "In the past, I would be excited by the story alone. But now, I am taking into consideration the director's name as well," he says.
Sundeep further adds that he has of late been relying on his director. "I am going by my director's convictions. If he is convinced, it's done for me. Nowadays, I am not even watching the monitor after giving a shot. I respect my director's judgement," Sundeep says.
Last year, Sundeep's film Joru didn't do well, while Tiger was an average grosser. Saying that the last one year has taught him several lessons about time (and timing?), the actor adds that Sai Dharam Tej, Regina Cassandra, Rakul Preet Singh, Aadi are among his closest friends in the industry.
