Surya and Jyothika are going to team again.

After Mayavi the hit pair will come together for `Jhillana kathal' directed by Krishna, associate of Gautham . The film is to be produced by Surya's relative.

Surya -Jyothika pairing started with Poovellam Kettupaar and Uyirlay Kalanthu but hit the limelight with kaakha kaakha. After the sucess of KK the pair came again in Peralagan.

In Peralagan the duo had the distinction of playing dual roles. Next was Mayavi in which Jyothika played herself and Surya as her die hard fan. Jo moved on to do Chandramukhi which got her rave reviews and pat from the industry.

She is currently acting opposite Kamal Haasan in Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu directed by Gautham. She is on a diet to reduce weight since Kamal wants a trimmed down Jo.

Surya is busy completing Ghajini and has Asin for company.
