Mohan Babu can breathe easy.

In fact, he can even smoke easy.There was some tension over his film Political Rowdy having scenes of him smoking.

In fact, posters were pasted with him with a smoke litup in his mouth. But after the sudden ban on smoking on screen, things really hotted up.

Political Rowdy was one of the films that was expected to be hit by the ban (as it had to carry scrolls in every frame where in the hero smokes).

However, things eased last night as it was made clear by the Ministry that the ban will be effective only on films made after October 2.

Mohan Babu, as we said, can breathe easy.
