Mahesh Babu has studiously kept himself off the limelight.

He doesn't want to get in to a Nani-like situation when the hype and hoopla created too much expectation.

Ditto when Arjun was released. Though the film did some business, it never could match the expectations.

In the event, for his next Athadu, Mahesh is playing things very discreetly.

His film Athadu, with Trisha as the heroine, is almost ready. But Mahesh is not getting into any kind of publicity blitz as yet.

Made by Jayabheri Productions and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film has been in production for about an year now. Save for a couple of songs, the film is complete and will be released in June last week.

But Mahesh is not ready to make any noise. And his silence will be hopefully golden.
