Some heroines had made it plain that they wouldn't act with 35 plus heroes as it was detrimental to their careers.

Every young actress felt that it was a good policy as it had worked for Trisha, the number one in the industry.

Trisha, who has not opened her mouth about oldies, has, however not acted with any of the senior pros.

But now Trisha has gone out of the way to say that she is not averse to acting with senior actors. Coming as this does from, it is an important message for other young actresses who are worried about their image.

She now says that it was just one of the things that she had not acted with seniors. But she also says that it was natural to assume that she was not interested in acting with seniors. "But actually that is not the case," she asserts.

"I have not worked with many artistes over here only because of non availability of dates. Who would not want to work with such experienced and talented artistes? I will definitely take up a project that has a good script."

The oldies can afford a smile now.
