Kamna Jethmalani, the latest to arrive from Mumbai to try her luck in Kollywood.

Being the grand daughter of former Union Minister Ram Jethmalini, she has hit the headlines here even before the shooting of her debut film Idhaya Thirudan has commenced.

What brought her to Kollywood? Hear it from the beautiful actress herself. "I have acted in a Telugu film before and when the director saw my photographs and asked me to play the heroine in the movie, I had no hesitation is saying a yes. I didn't want to miss out such a good offer."

Asked about the movie, Kamna says, "it's about a couple who are totally different in their attitude towards life. How they meet and what happens there after forms the crux of the movie".

A nice hero, a talented director and a reputed production house. All happening in my debut venture. I am really thrilled, she adds.
