Bhanu Sri Mehra, who made her Telugu debut with Allu Arjun starrer Varudu, is now set to foray into Kollywood. The Punjabi kudi has been signed on for a Tamil film Simba, directed by Aravind Sreedhar, starring Bharat and Premgi.

Apparently, the director saw Bhanu`s earlier films and was impressed with her performance. The former model will be seen in the role of a news reporter in the black comedy, which is expected to roll out soon.
