Strange how success comes in droves.

Siddharth, the wiry youngster, who made his debut with Shankar's Boys was not going anywhere in his career.

Ayudha Ezhuthu, under Manirathinam, did nothing much to his career.

Siddharth was so disappointed that he openly appealed to producers (at an award function in Malaysia) to give him chances in their films as he was without any films in the industry.

But he got a window of opening in Telugu.

He got a chance in Prabhu Deva's directorial venture opposite Trisha. The film is said to be running to packed houses there and Siddharth has suddenly emerged as the unlikely pin-up boy there.

So suddenly the game seems to have altered for the cool urbane youngster who is a MBA and learnt acting in the US.

The news now on him is that he is acting alongside Aamir Khan in a Hindi movie.

The movie titled Rang De Basanti is being directed by a Omprakash Manjrekar, an admaker turned director. Kunal Kapoor and Atul Kulkarni are also in the cast.

Siddharth has arrived and is surely going places.
