Though Suresh Gopi was the villian in 'I', he sure is a hero in real life. The actor has lent a helping hand to a security man who was injured following the rush for 'I's screening on its release date. The security man was seriously injured when one person tried to jump the gate, but instead landing on the security man's head, seriously injuring him.
He was taken to a hospital at Trivandrum, where very expensive treatment is required following the snapping of his neck. Suresh Gopi has given him 1 lakh rupees towards the treatment cost. He has also informed the movie's hero Vikram and director and the family could receive more help in the days to come.
