Actor Sathyaraj was closeted with DMK chief M Karunanidhi for over an hour last week. Was he planning to take a political plunge? Was the meeting all about the actor wanting to join the DMK?

No was his emphatic reply.

"I am playing the hero in Mannin Mainthan which has story, dialogues and screenplay by M Karunanidhi. The meeting was all about my role and discussion about the movie's screenplay", he said.
